General Refund Policy
- No refunds are available for completed services. This includes services such as resume writing, interview coaching, and career counseling, where deliverables have been provided and completed according to the agreed-upon scope of work.
- Partial refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Technical issues: If technical issues on our platform impede your ability to utilize our services as intended, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the severity and duration of the issue.
- Service delays: If unforeseen delays exceeding 7 working days prevent the delivery of services within the initial timeline and negatively impact your experience, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Misrepresentation of services: If the services delivered significantly differ from the originally described scope of work or advertised functionalities, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the extent of the discrepancy.
- Full refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Cancellation within 7 working days: You may receive a full refund if you cancel your service subscription within 7 working days from the purchase date and no services have been rendered.
- Double billing: If you are unknowingly charged twice for the same service, you will receive a full refund for the duplicate charge.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 working days from the date of the service for which you are seeking a refund. Please submit your request in writing and clearly state the reason for your request and any supporting documentation relevant to your case. We will review your request and respond within 1 working days.
