About Advisers

After working for over 3 decades in leadership positions at reputed organizations, I have now chosen to pursue my passion to help people realize their full potential. I am an Organisation Development Consultant, Change Management Expert, Soft Skills Trainer and Facilitator. Am the founder and CEO of People Sculptors - a company devoted to unlocking people's potential.

At People Sculptors, we believe that organizations which apply real discipline to human capital are far more productive than the rest. We have been successfully providing customized people management solutions to large and mid-sized companies like Philips, Hewlett Packard, McCain, Hindustan Petroleum Mittal Energy Limited, Hindalco, SOS children's Village and HT Media among others. I have also been on the panel for leadership development and behavioural skills facilitation with Harvard Business and Aon.

I was fortunate to have worked with diverse Indian and Multinational Organisations like Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser and L&T. For the past decade have been heading the corporate Human Resources function in each of the organisations worked : HeidelbergCement (2006-08), Punj Lloyd (2008 – 2011) and L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering (2012-2015.

My experience includes Capability Building, Talent Management, Leading Change Management initiatives, Organisation Development, Learning & Development, Leadership Development and Manpower Planning.
